This must be completed prior to your first tournament game.

In order for roster upload to be valid, LENZ requires each rostered players:

Full Name, Date of Birth & Parent Email

Once we have this on file, it will not be required again, unless the roster is updated.

The insured should be, “LENZ LLC.” with “Newtown Edgmont Little League” as the additionally insured.
